My father-in-law came up with the idea for this one...he's quite mad really, but occasionally he comes up with something good. He once bought a 50cc motorbike for my 4 year old and when I informed him of some health and safety concerns I had, he proceded to ride it around the neighbourhood himself...like I said, mad.
